Katie’s Kloset began in 2017 as a clothing ministry for foster families. Over the years we have been able to serve hundreds of foster children in Alabama. We quickly realized that this ministry could be bigger so we began seeking property to open a thrift store. We are excited for God’s blessing of our new property in Clanton.
Katie’s Kloset reopened May 1, 2020 as a fully functioning thrift store ministry. We have so many items available for the community. We have everything from clothes to toys to furniture to appliances. The community has rallied with us by providing so many great donations. New items are put out every day.
We continue to provide free resources to foster families as we continue to Live the Gospel by Loving the Fatherless.
